At My Garage Station, we provide professional-grade solutions for your home and garage. Because our products range from specialized tools to oversized storm shelters and custom-built saunas, shipping methods and timelines vary by product category.

1. Shipping Service Overview by Category

To provide a transparent experience, please refer to the delivery timeline for your specific product:

• Standard Items (ground):

  1. Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days
  2. Transit Time: 2–6 Business Days
  3. Total Estimated Delivery: 3–9 Business Days

• Garden Towers & Wellness (Lyine Air Shipping, and Orivon Saunas & Tubs):

  1. Handling Time: 5–10 Business Days
  2. Transit Time: 7–14 Business Days
  3. Total Estimated Delivery: 12-24 Business Days

• Storm Shelters (Survive-A-Storm):

  1. Handling Time: 7–14 Business Days
  2. Transit Time: 7–14 Business Days
  3. Total Estimated Delivery: 14-28 Business Days

• Bulk Flooring, Commercial Towers & Large Lighting Installs (Sea Freight DDP):

  1. Handling Time: 3–5 Business Days
  2. Transit Time: 25–35 Business Days
  3. Total Estimated Delivery: 28–35 Business Days

2. Shipping Costs & Surcharges

• Standard Shipping: Delivery is included on all orders within the Continental U.S.

• U.S. Surcharge: Due to logistics costs for heavy freight, Survive-A-Storm Shelters shipped to:

CO, CT, MA, NH, NY, RI, and VT incur a $500 surcharge.

AZ, CA, ID, ME, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY incur a $1,400 surcharge. 

This will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• No Hidden Fees: We do not charge additional handling or fulfillment fees.

3. Delivery Access & Safety Requirements (Strict Policy)

My Garage Station specializes in residential deliveries. However, many of our products (Saunas, Shelters, and Flooring Kits) arrive via full-sized semi-trucks with liftgates.

• Road Restrictions: To ensure a safe offload, the delivery address must be a standard residential or commercial street.

• Prohibited Areas: We cannot facilitate delivery or offloading on main highways, busy thoroughfares, or high-traffic roads.

• Curbside Delivery: All freight shipments are "Curbside Only." The driver will unload the item at the curb or driveway. The customer is responsible for moving the item onto the property.

• Delivery Appointment: For freight items, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. A valid phone number is required at checkout.

4. Shipping Destinations

• Coverage: We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

• Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are currently excluded from standard shipping but may be eligible for custom quotes.

5. Order Tracking & Mandatory Inspection

• Tracking Updates: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please note that tracking for sea-freight items may only update once the item clears U.S. Customs.

• Mandatory Inspection: For all freight deliveries (Saunas, Tubs, Shelters), you must inspect the unit for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt at the time of offload may result in the denial of your damage claim by the carrier and manufacturer.

• Reporting Damage: If damage is found, it must be noted on the driver's paperwork to ensure a valid warranty or insurance claim.
