1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
2. Product Condition To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in New condition. This means the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Return Method & Labels All returns are handled by mail.

Once your return is authorized via a Return Authorization (RA) number, we will provide a return shipping label that you can download and print.

We offer Free return shipping labels for both defective and non-defective (change-of-mind) returns.
4. Restocking Fees A restocking fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
5. Refund Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
